Shine – Adopted to Her Forever Home

Shine is a 8 year old Quarter Horse who stands at  15.1 hands. After a rough start, being entered into a Texas kill pen, and was amazingly saved just minutes away from being slaughtered. We were so thrilled to be able to bring Shine to Leilani Mae. In the beginning we had to deal with some really obvious trust issues. She wasn’t to fond of people interaction and was a little skittish.  But with love and retraining, Shine was ready to be adopted. This beautiful girl was lucky enough to find her forever home in February of 2016.
