Lucy – Adopted to Her Forever Home

Lucy is a 14 year old Standardbred Mare who stands at  hands. Her USTA name is “Lucky Red Head Lucy”. Fun fact she didn’t have not one piece of red hair. Poor Lucy has found herself in a Kill pen TWICE! After her racing career the Amish got a hold of her and sold her to a kill buyer pregnant. The lady who bailed her out was a wonderful woman sadly the baby had died. The woman thought she had found Lucy a wonderful home but it was a misjudgment because Lucy ended up at Slaughter again. Lucy is a sweet and calm horse who never really messed with anyone. She was close to Devlin and Emmy when here. She was here for 2 years before finding her forever home! Her pasture mate is an Off-the-Track Thoroughbred named Tino Rossi.
