Francis – Adopted to Her Forever Home

Francis is a 5 year old Off-the-Track Thoroughbred Mare who stands at  hands. Her jockey name is “Lighten Up Francis”. Francis was rescued from Slaughter in Pennsylvania, where she ended up in Slaughter only a month after her last race. She was in rough shape with having cuts all over her, she was receiving ulters medication, and antibiotics. She had a swollen back leg and both of her ankles were showing signs of trauma/ issues as well. We got them x-rayed and she only has slight arthritis thank god and nothing more severe.Her and Tino Rossi were quarantined in the same place this is why they had a strong friendship. She took a little longer to rehabilitate compared to Tino Rossi but they both became happy healthy horses.
