Dutchess, a 15-year-old Quarter Horse, was saved from a Pennsylvania kill pen last year. She was blind in one eye, but it didn’t slow her down at all! On June 26, 2016 LMHR Adoption Coordinator, Nicole, transported Dutchess to her new forever home, in Williamsburg, VA, with Vanessa K. and family. We wish them all a long, happy and beautiful life together.
