Thunder – Rehabilitating – In Need of Sponsors!
Thunder is a 17-year-old Off-the-Track Thoroughbred Gelding who stands at __ hands. His Jocky Club Racing Name is “Imthunderman”. He started only once which is odd. This could mean he got hurt on the track and they didn’t want for the injury to heal. He was rescued from a kill pen in Oklahoma thanks to Race Funds! He is a very handsome looking guy. While he was in quarantine for 30 days, he developed a small cough and slight discharge for a few days. After a few days he began to clear up. He was 100% healthy before being transported to the rescue. He did gain some weight while in quarantine, but he still needs to add some more weight along with building his top line. He moves sounds but it could be a different outcome once weight is added. He has already shown us he has a big personality! He is such a sweet loving boy who just wants some attention from anyone who is willing to give it to him. Well Thunder let himself out of the ring into the pasture next door where he met his girlfriend Rahbadabadou. She is also an Off-the-Track Thoroughbred who was rescued by Race Funds as well. He is fully rehabilitated! We need to still take pictures of him fully rehabilitated without his blanket, but it has been cold here recently. He also still needs a riding evaluation that we are hoping that it will dry up soon and we can give him one. We will continue to update his story when we learn more about him!!
