Commander Con – Ready for Adoption – Companion Horse

Commander Con is a 19-year-old Standardbred Gelding who stands at 16.2 hands. His USTA name is Commander Con he decided to keep his name like that. He was saved from the Slaughter in Pennsylvania, he had to stay in quarantine for a while because he had a contagious respiratory infection. Before going to Slaughter he was owned by a 76-year-old Amish man for a few years. Once he was done with Commander Con, he ended up in the Slaughter Pipeline. When he arrived, he had no tail, since being here we have been treating his tail with EQyss Mirco Tek Equine Spray along with Sunscreen, so his tail will not burn. Slowly but surely hair is growing back it will take some time before it is back to normal. Commander Con is looking for his forever home as a companion horse. He was sound and was doing great with his training. Recently he is having problems with his back ends, so he was been turned into a companion horse until further notice of him improving to ensure that is he comfortable and out of pain. He is such a sweetheart some of the horses tend to pick on him. Thankfully, he has his best friend Biggie Smalls to hang out with and they are the dynamic duo.
